Senior Program Management Analyst

We are currently seeking a Senior Program Management Analyst to support PMA-276 at Patuxent River, MD. The Senior Program Analyst will provide acquisition and management support to the Air Vehicle & Engines (AVE) IPT Team Lead (IPTL), in the organization, management, and execution of tasks within the AVE IPT. The AVE IPT collaborates and communicates with stakeholders to acquire, filed and sustain air vehicle capabilities within cost, schedule, and performances, while managing risk.

Functional Description: Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.

Duties:

• Advise Level 2s on resourcing and organization.
• Advise program leadership and assist with guidance of the AVE team.
• Advise and assist with setting priorities, programmatic milestones, and objectives for the AVE team.
• Provide timely, omni-directional team communication.
• Generate and utilize appropriate metrics to assess program execution.
• Mentor and provide learning opportunities.

Required Education: MS or MA degree in a business, management or relevant technical discipline. Allowable Substitution: Bachelor's Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master's Degree. OR Associate's Degree plus four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master's Degree. OR Six (6) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master's Degree.

Required Experience: Must have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience performing duties described in the functional description.

Desired Experience: Demonstrated experience related to weapon systems acquisition and life cycle management in a NAVAIR Program.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $77,083.55 to $127,060.80 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems' total compensation package.
