Operations Manager

The Pump Motor Technology group is currently comprised of 14 companies spread throughout the United States and still growing! Our aim is to be the primary source for rotating equipment and process equipment solutions in the industrial and municipal markets. Position Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
* Lead continuous improvement, coaching and mentoring programs aligning with KPI's, Report Tools, and other tools/initiatives
* Assure Superior Customer Service by working with the local service teams and customers.
* Manage, assist and monitor all operational challenges working with all Team members to resolve.
* Monitor for problems, taking immediate action where possible and escalating when required.
* Work cooperatively with other OTC associates; be a Team player including offering assistance when requested/required
* Present OTC professionally and competently in all situations adhering to OTC's mission statement and core values.
* Monitor, review and provide all the necessary daily, weekly and monthly reports. Building and creating custom reports as required or requested.
* Travel expectation will include travel to other branch offices as needed.
* Perform other duties as assigned/required.
* Proficient in Infor SX.e, and MITS systems
* Knowledge of our CRM package, Selltis is also beneficial.

Qualifications for this position include:
* Bachelor's in business or equivalent business experience.
* 3+ years managing service and operations with profit & loss responsibility
* 5+ years experience working in distribution operations.
* Developing and upgrading talent; driving pay for performance and efficiency mindset
* Ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines while managing multiple priorities.
