Compensation The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is$132,400.00 to$220,700.00. This position is eligible for participation in our short-term incentive program in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The range provided is not a guarantee of compensation. The range reflects the potential base pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual base pay compensation will depend, in part, on factors such as geographic work location and relevant experience and skills. The anticipated compensation range described above is subject to change and the compensation ultimately paid may be higher or lower than the range described above. Position Details:The Director, Branch Network reports directly to VP, Branch Network. You will lead 16-20 team members in a complex region of branches to provide the best customer service, at the lowest cost, and with the best team member experience.To achieve this, Directors are expected to be in close collaboration with the Branch Leadership Team in setting strategy and driving progress, leveraging critical thinking, data driven problem-solving, and continuous improvement. Additionally, the role requires a strong focus on hiring the best talent within their teams who will lead, develop and empower team members across the network.This individual will need to reside within or near the assigned geography, Lake Forest area or further east.
