Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Drive Client Experience though Data Driven Insights

* Continuously assess client needs through direct feedback and data analysis, ensuring that services and solutions remain aligned with client objectives and evolving market demands.
* Recognize and anticipate marketplace trends.
* Build strong, long-term client relationships by anticipating client challenges and proactively designing solutions to address them.
* Actively participate in partnership meetings, uncover real business needs, and drive retention.
* Develop and execute strategies and programs aimed at driving revenue growth and delivering client-centric solutions.
Provide Strategic Program Development & Continuous Improvement
* Ensure successful client start-ups and adequate support of our clients, from the proposal process through our first year of service.
* Oversee the Project Management Office, allocating their expertise to appropriately support development and implementation of internal and external facing projects and programs.
* Collaborate across internal departments to refine programs and improve operational execution, ensuring that client feedback is continuously integrated into service delivery.
* Collaborate with leadership and sales to ensure presentations and proposals are customized and align with both the immediate and long-term needs of clients, positioning the division as a trusted partner.
GPO Liaison
* Serve as the primary point of contact for Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs) for HTS (partnering with the Compass One Healthcare GPO liaison), managing relationships and negotiating terms that benefit both the organization, and the clients served.
* Ensure that GPO partnerships are optimized to deliver value to clients while supporting broader business objectives.
Required Qualifications:
* Advanced degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
* Extensive experience (10+ years) in client strategy, account management, sales, and operations within the Healthcare Technology Management field.
* Strong background in senior leadership roles with consistent record of business growth and delivering innovation. Exceptional client relationship management, influencing, listening, and communication skills (both written and verbal). Strong executive presence. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and levels.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions and drive strategic improvements.
