Pay Range: $170,000 - $195,000

Minimum Experience Required: 10 years in plant management

As the Plant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of plant operations, ensuring safe, high-quality, and cost-efficient production. Your leadership will drive excellence across production, quality control, maintenance, receiving, and shipping operations.

Responsibilities:



  • Drive continuous improvement in safety and incident reduction ("The Road to Zero").
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and operating permits.
  • Promote sustainability and maintain industrial hygiene standards.
  • Improve the Internal Quality Audit scorecard and meet product specifications.
  • Achieve 100% target service rates and reduce downtime by 10%.
  • Lead Root Cause and Corrective Action for performance gaps.
  • Manage performance and lead employee development through mentoring and training.
  • Support community engagement.
  • Communicate financial targets and reduce process waste and raw material inefficiencies.
