Pay Range: $170,000 - $195,000 Minimum Experience Required: 10 years in plant management As the Plant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of plant operations, ensuring safe, high-quality, and cost-efficient production. Your leadership will drive excellence across production, quality control, maintenance, receiving, and shipping operations. Responsibilities: Drive continuous improvement in safety and incident reduction ("The Road to Zero"). Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and operating permits. Promote sustainability and maintain industrial hygiene standards. Improve the Internal Quality Audit scorecard and meet product specifications. Achieve 100% target service rates and reduce downtime by 10%. Lead Root Cause and Corrective Action for performance gaps. Manage performance and lead employee development through mentoring and training. Support community engagement. Communicate financial targets and reduce process waste and raw material inefficiencies.
