The ideal candidate is a team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment, has attention to detail and embraces challenges with high energy and a positive "can-do" attitude.
ResponsibilitiesManagement of two General Manager's calendar's with attention to accuracy, timeliness, conflict resolution and alignment to the leader's priorities and commitmentsPlanning and coordination of domestic and international travel itinerariesTimely and accurate reconciliation of expensesCoordination and logistical support for onsite and offsite meetings/events including All Hands, Morale Events, Team Training and Leadership OffsitesManagement over team headcount process, discretionary budget tracking, organization employee data maintenance and distribution and security group ownership Team support including space management, office moves, new hire set up and onboarding and procurement of equipment and suppliesExperience working with a global team and cultural awarenessProven professional approach to dealing with highly sensitive and confidential informationEnsure compliance with administrative operations policies and proceduresOther administrative tasks as requiredOtherEmbody our Culture and Values | |
