Production Supervisor job details include:

Pay: $30/hr.

Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, 10:00pm - 6:30am

Responsibilities:

Manage and lead a production team by overseeing daily operations, addressing employee performance, training, and engagement. Coordinate workflow scheduling, monitor productivity, and communicate effectively across shifts and departments to resolve production issues. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards, 5S, and Lean Manufacturing practices while troubleshooting processes to maintain quality and on-time delivery. Document performance issues and foster a motivated, collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:



  • High school diploma (or equivalent) with manufacturing management experience.
  • 5+ years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced production environment (15+ employees).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with digital printing and insertion equipment (e.g., Xerox, Canon printers).
  • Knowledge of G7 color management and postal regulations is preferred.
  • Availability to work extended hours and weekends during peak periods.
