Posting Summary |
Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Program Coordinator for the Community Health Office at the Robert Wood Johnson Medical School.
Working with the Program Administration, provides direct support for the Project Echo. Primary person for coordinating all meetings and project activities. Assists in the oversight of program costs and processes invoices accordingly.
Among the key duties of this position are the following:
- Assists Program Administrator and Exec Dir with managing and overseeing day-to-day issues regarding project office and ECHO clinics.
- Develops and maintains all project files for reporting to UNM and Nicholson Foundation.
- Coordinates all clinical and other meetings. Coordinates all meetings and secures the appropriate conference rooms. Records meeting minutes. Makes all necessary copies for distribution. Arranges meetings and site visits (including itineraries, travel arrangements, etc.). Creates presentations as required. Arranges for AV equipment and/or call-in capabilities.
- Acts as the project leader for assigned projects.
- Acts as customer service liaison for all Project Echo clinics and participating provider.
- Assists in the management of expenses and payments.
- Extends administrative support to others on an as needed basis.

Qualifications
Minimum Education and Experience |
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field, plus three (3) years of progressively more responsible administrative experience required.
- Equivalent experience, education and/or training may be substituted for the education requirements.
