RSM US LLP is seeking to hire a Talent Acquisition Associate for Campus Recruiting to join our team in Connecticut! This role is responsible for all aspects of the hiring process of intern and entry-level talent for our Audit and Tax lines of business. A Talent Acquisition Associate for Campus collaborates with key leaders on campus talent acquisition execution and supports the RSM brand and recruitment marketing at their assigned locations.

The Talent Acquisition Associate - Campus will support execution of campus programming in support of RSM's campus recruiting strategy, while working in partnership with local universities and championing the RSM brand and recruitment marketing strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Recruit on campus (virtual or in-person) at 3-5 strategic schools to hire Associate and Intern candidates for all lines of business
  • Work with the campus recruiting lead and senior campus recruiters to ensure that recruiting efforts at assigned universities align with local market, regional and national strategy
  • Assist with execution of local/regional/national programs, including Pathways (externship program) and Internship programs, Campus Ambassador program, as needed
  • Plan and execute firm events and activities at assigned universities (i.e. career fairs, interview scheduling, information sessions, etc.). This includes coordinating all logistics associated with such event.
  • Ensure that campus events are properly staffed with the appropriate amount of firm representatives in attendance
  • Support the intern management process
  • Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders at strategic colleges and universities (i.e., career services offices, faculty, relevant student organizations, etc.)
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders including client service professionals, recruiting team representatives, campus recruiting leads, senior campus recruiters, campus coordinators, etc.
  • Build and maintain relationships with campus team professionals and student ambassadors who represent RSM on campus through conducting technology platform training, sharing best practices and, and providing compliance requirements.
  • Proactively source and screen talented and diverse candidates for internship and entry-level hiring needs
  • Leverage social media and digital marketing strategy to engage with prospective candidates and build the RSM employment brand
  • Consistently utilize applicant tracking system, CRM and other recruiting technology to capture all recruiting and pipelining activity
  • Supports the firm's Culture, Diversity & Inclusion (CDI) strategy
  • Maintain strong candidate care with campus candidates and incoming new hires
  • Assist with national recruiting initiatives, as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree, required

TECHNICAL/SOFT SKILLS

  • Strong Microsoft office and computer skills
  • Strong administrative skills, documentation skills, and detail-orientation
  • Ability to establish priorities, manage deadlines, and exercise a high degree of professionalism in interactions with all levels of internal and external clients
  • Ability to quickly gain a strong understanding of the firm's recruiting policy, procedures and systems
  • Self-starter with strong project management skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-location environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience with event planning and coordination
  • Proficient with using social media for candidate engagement
  • Adaptable in learning new technology and platforms

EXPERIENCE

  • 1-3 years of recruitment experience
  • Prior experience in a professional services environment (preferred)
  • 1+ years of agency, high-volume or campus recruiting experience (preferred)
  • Ability to travel up to 40-60%
  • Flexibility with hours; ability to work weekends and evenings as needed

At RSM, an employee's pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
