Product Support Engineering Intern

As a Product Support Engineering Intern you will work in a collaborative environment on problem solving and change assessment efforts related to a portfolio of veterinary diagnostic products in the Animal Healthcare industry, focusing primarily on our Hematology analyzers.

In this role, you will:

  • Support problem solving projects by holistically approaching products as integrated systems.
  • Support the characterization and troubleshooting of systems by evaluating component parts, executing experiments, and performing data analysis to inform decisions or recommendations.
  • Use advanced knowledge to analyze, interpret or make deductions from varying facts or circumstances.

What you will need to succeed:

  • You are a 3rd or 4th year student pursuing a BS in Engineering (systems engineering, biomedical, electromechanical, mechanical, etc.).
  • Have a problem-solving mindset and enjoy working with data.
  • Can synthesize diverse product, scientific, engineering and business requirements into straightforward architectures.
  • Possess a good understanding of life and biological sciences.
  • Experience using analytical tools such as JMP, Excel, Minitab, SAS, Tableau, or other software tools (preferred).
  • Have general computer skills, with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project) and other engineering software as required.
  • Can work both independently and within cross-functional teams.

  • This is 40 hour per week position requiring an on-site presence typically 3 to 4 days per week with schedule flexibility with respect to the days.
  • The internship timeframe will be June - August 2025.
