Genesis10 is currently seeking an Application Architect with our client in the financial industry located in Plano, TX, Charlotte, NC, and Pennington, NJ. This is a 12 + month contract position. Responsibilities: Skilled Business Intelligence Developer to build and manage BI and analytics solutions Translate business needs to technical specifications Design, build and deploy BI solutions Maintain and support data analytics platforms Create tools to store data (e.g. OLAP cubes) Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting Evaluate and improve existing BI systems Collaborate with teams to integrate systems Develop and execute database queries and conduct analysis Create visualizations and reports for requested projects Requirements: Experience in data warehouse design (e.g. dimensional modeling) and data mining Financial industry background Skilled in one of the BI tools (MicroStrategy, Tableau) Knowledge of SQL queries, Able to take initiative and be innovative Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
