Genesis10 is currently seeking a Implementation Consultant with our client in the financial Industry located in Charlotte, NC . This is a 24+ month contract position. Responsibilities: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution Review and analyze multi-faceted, larger-scale, or longer-term Business Execution challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors Contribute to the resolution of complex situations requiring a solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to meet deliverables Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel to achieve organizational goals Required Qualifications: 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting, training, military experience, or education Ability to strategically create effective readiness implementation plans to execute within multiple business groups to deliver change Experience collaborating and consulting on plans, including training, system access, communication, and procedures to align with project teams Proven ability to perform assessments to ensure impacted areas are prepared for change Strong ability to work independently, prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, and lead discussions to achieve consensus and commitment Pay Range: $51-61 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
