We drive initiatives from conception to execution, cultivating alignment across theatres, segments and functions. We seek excellence and consistency in program management practices with the ultimate goal of accelerating Cisco's growth. Your ImpactWe are looking for a Technical Program Manager to drive strategic business benefits and operational efficiencies. You will collaborate across functions to lead complex engineering programs, from initiation to deployment, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities:Lead complete program lifecycle: manage schedules, scope, risks, resources, and progress. Proactively address and resolve issues impacting timelines and deliverables. Define and analyze metrics to inform decision-making with data-driven insights. Facilitate effective communication among Operations, Engineering, Product Management, QA, and Release Management teams. Enhance organizational practices and tools to improve overall efficiency. Minimum Qualifications:
