The Global Business Operations (GBO) is responsible for Projects Execution, Planning, and Business Operations. We drive initiatives from conception to execution, cultivating alignment across theatres, segments and functions. We seek excellence and consistency in program management practices with the ultimate goal of accelerating Cisco's growth.

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to drive strategic business benefits and operational efficiencies. You will collaborate across functions to lead complex engineering programs, from initiation to deployment, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Lead complete program lifecycle: manage schedules, scope, risks, resources, and progress.

Proactively address and resolve issues impacting timelines and deliverables.

Define and analyze metrics to inform decision-making with data-driven insights.

Facilitate effective communication among Operations, Engineering, Product Management, QA, and Release Management teams.

Enhance organizational practices and tools to improve overall efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, plus 7+ years in networking or controllers or security or cloud deployment or software development or Test including 3+ years of Program/Project Management activities with leadership experience.
• Strong technical skills in Cloud Architecture, Development, Software testing, Deployment, or Release processes.
• Experience with Waterfall or Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrable ability to lead change and influence business partners and teams effectively.

• Lead efforts to enhance team productivity and streamline processes.
• Skilled in Data Analysis and data visualization tools.
• Experienced in defining, building, and integrating medium-scale Networking Systems and Infrastructure.
• Programming experience in Software Development or Testing is highly valued.
• Expertise in SD-WAN, Cloud Deployments, and Network Architecture is advantageous.
• Proven track record in driving Quality Initiatives with a solid grasp of key metrics.
