The Learning & Development Manager recommends and implements technology solutions in support of the Talent Management & Development learning strategies that drives the achievement of the Cox experience and business goals. Reporting to the Director, Learning & Development / Training, this leader assesses incumbent learning development tools, delivery systems and processes for implementing eLearning and mobile solutions. Works collaboratively with colleagues within SHRS to optimize the use of tools and evaluate emerging technology-based solutions. This role has direct responsibility for management and administration of the PeopleSoft/Taleo learning management system, as well as other platforms including but not limited to QuestionMark, Brain Shark, and strategic vendor partnerships with eLearning content providers. Ensures the quality of the Cox University learner experience by implementing consistent practices for quality assurance and problem resolution. This role partners with the Senior Analyst, Metrics & Reporting to create and access meaningful data relevant to reporting requirements and the evaluation of learning impact on the business. Manages a team of resources focused on learning management operations and administration.

USD 87,200.00 - 130,800.00 per year Compensation: Compensation includes a base salary of $87,200.00 - $130,800.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
