This is a 3-month temporary remote Talent Acquisition Partner role with an excellent chance for extension or conversion to fulltime employee status with Acadia Healthcare. The Talent Acquisition Partner I is a member of a highly skilled talent acquisition team working on a mix of high-volume and hard to fill positions. The Talent Acquisition Partner I will provide support to the talent acquisition staff in coordinating all aspects of talent acquisition of new employees in their assigned business line. This position requires a talent acquisition professional that is resourceful, a great communicator, and excellent at identifying key skills and backgrounds that match the talent strategy of Acadia. RESPONSIBILITIES
STANDARD EXPECTATIONS: * Must be able to perform essential functions listed on the job description, with or without reasonable accommodation. * Maintains regular and predictable attendance. * Must be able to speak to audiences of various sizes * Must be able to use standard office equipment, including the telephone and computer keyboard. * Continuously works under pressure of near 100% accuracy while meeting inflexible deadlines. * Develops constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and maintains them over time. * Encourages and builds mutual trust, respect and cooperation among team members. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS: * Undergraduate degree preferred. * This is position does not require previous talent acquisition experience, but we prefer 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting. * Strong background and experience in administration support, along with excellent coordination skills. * Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office; especially Word, Outlook, and Excel * Ability to work professionally with sensitive, proprietary data & information while maintaining confidentiality. * Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) * Ability to prioritize and plan in a fast-paced setting * Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to interact effectively and professionally with individuals at all levels; both internal and external and a customer-oriented attitude. * Exercises sound judgment in responding to inquiries; understands when to route inquiries to next level. * Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and superior attention to detail. * Must be able to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously within inflexible time frames. Ability to adapt to frequent priority changes. * Ability to collaborate effectively with others * Strong sense of urgency. * Capable of working within established policies, procedures and practices prescribed by the organization. * English sufficient to provide and receive instructions/directions.
