Development & Fundraising:
* Cultivate, solicit, and secure six-figure+ gifts. Oversee major donor portfolios for the President/CEO and key volunteers. * Partner with the board to drive philanthropic strategy, set donor goals, and inspire networks. * Manage funder relationships, proposals, and budgets to ensure consistent grant revenue. * Design cultivation activities and donor engagement events to deepen relationships and secure long-term support. * Maintain and analyze Salesforce donor data to identify trends and measure success. Marketing & Communications: * Create and implement cohesive communication strategies across digital, print, and social platforms that align with organizational goals. * Develop high-impact campaigns for initiatives like Giving Tuesday and year-end appeals to strengthen donor engagement. * Lead efforts to elevate brand awareness, ensure alignment with mission, and maintain consistent messaging. * Oversee planning and promotion of events to enhance visibility and drive contributions. Leadership & Organizational Growth: * Design integrated fundraising and marketing plans that support organizational goals and mission-driven visibility. * Cultivate relationships with businesses, community leaders, and advocacy groups to expand RIZE's impact and revenue streams. * Evaluate development and marketing efforts; recommend adjustments based on data insights. * Train and inspire staff and board members for effective volunteer engagement and increased philanthropic impact. * Bachelor's degree required; MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
