Title: AWS Security Architect

Duration: Looking at 6 Months contract work before conversion

Location: Reston VA - 1 day onsite a week and 4 days remote

Hiring Manager Notes:

• Role focuses on ensuring security for applications deployed in AWS
• Collaboration with Development and Engineering teams to understand security requirements
• Work closely with Business Architects to design security architecture
• Projects follow Agile methodologies, with involvement in multiple initiatives

Must-Have Skills:

1. AWS Cloud Expertise:

Strong hands-on experience required with core services and databases

1. Information Security Architecture:

Deep understanding of Access Policies, AWS Policies, Encryption

Knowledge of where to use Logging, Monitoring, and designing an optimal Security Architecture
