Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Lead Product Owner with our client in the financial Industry located in Minneapolis, MN . This is a 6+ month contract position. Responsibilities: Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Product Management. Provide strategic guidance and innovative solutions for complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas. Deliver long-term, large-scale solutions that require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical thinking Provide expertise to senior leadership on innovative Product Management business solutions. Strategically engage with client personnel to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives Required Qualifications: 7+ years of Product Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education Experience as a Senior Lead Product Owner, specifically in Workday Payroll Deep understanding of US Payroll, with additional experience in Canadian Payroll being a plus. Strong background in Agile methodologies and Product Ownership Proven ability to partner with HR and business leaders to develop and implement effective solutions Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills Ability to operate as a hands-on independent contributor while leveraging leadership skills to influence matrixed teams Ability to navigate a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment Pay Range: $51-61 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
