Genesis10 is currently seeking an Agile Scrum Master with our client in the financial industry located in Pennington, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract position. Responsibilities: Capture and support delivery of business and/or system requirements (based on specialization) to deliver significant business outcomes Work with stakeholders to understand their needs, capture their requirements, perform impact analysis, and then work closely with the Development Team(s) to refine the requirements into specifications that can be executed by the team Influence stakeholder strategy and understand their needs to help envision and create a solution to solve a problem Establish and build relationships with business and technology leaders across multiple organizations Lead cost/benefit analysis to align technology solutions to business strategy Gather and catalog functional, non-functional, and technical requirements for stakeholder requests Act as the subject matter expert within the business/technical domain to support scope and requirement decisions Determine the impact of modifications and enhancements to applications across a business/technical domain; assist with identifying integration points and the end-to-end solution design Ensure changes to the application are compliant with bank standards and policies For vendor applications, work closely with the vendor to ensure changes meet client requirements including assisting with acceptance testing where needed Assist users and development teams in application testing and troubleshooting and may help with test planning and configuring test solutions to validate functional and system needs Lead continuous improvement efforts to create, analyze, and improve processes and solutions Requirements: Capable of analyzing, simplifying and expressing complex problems Excellent communication skills (presentation and influencer) and ability to synthesize information in order to drive team to results Ability to "connect the dots for others across multiple data points, make connections upstream/downstream that may not be easily noticeable Ability to work in a highly visible and fast-paced environment, where business needs/priorities may change and path forward is not always black/white Knowledge of project management concepts Desire for obtaining new information or knowledge Self-starter, organized, versatile, and capable of performing work with minimal management oversight Excellent time management skills and ability to juggle multiple competing priorities A problem solver who can manage through ambiguity successfully Exhibit strong relationship management and interpersonal skills Ability to work through controversial situations Excellent facilitation and presentation skills Deep understanding of the business/technical domain and the main applications within the domain and provide thought leadership based on the significant experience they have built through multiple software implementations Change Managers Tableau Desired skills: Bachelor's degree Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
