As the Administrator of our Embrace Health Center, you will:
- Lead and Empower: Provide direction, leadership, and support to all Nursing Operations and team members in a culture that values respect, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Champion Person-Centered Care: Oversee and refine care models to ensure individualized services that honor residents' dignity, preferences, and autonomy.
- Drive Innovation and Quality: Implement strategic plans for operational and financial success, upholding the highest standards and compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Foster Collaborative Wellness: Oversee non-clinical teams (e.g., Resident Family Life) to ensure a holistic approach to resident wellness, from physical health to emotional and social well-being.

Qualifications
Qualifications
- Current North Carolina NHA (Nursing Home Administrator) licensure or eligibility.
- Proven leadership in Skilled Nursing/Assisted Living administration, including proficiency with state/federal regulations.
- Experience in a Continuing Care Retirement Community/Life Plan Community.
- Excellent communication skills-verbal, written, and interpersonal-and the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Knowledge of geriatric care and an understanding of the psychological, social, and physical needs of older adults.
- Demonstrated success in strategic planning, operational management, and fostering collaborative efforts in healthcare settings.
