Software Product Business Architecture Senior Manager (Accenture LLP; Chicago, IL): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Software Product Business Architecture Senior Manager in Chicago, IL, and the job duties are as follows:

  • Develop and maintain key relationships with senior stakeholders to understand the business vision and create a unified business and technology roadmap.
  • Solution and architect future-forward cloud solutions based on functional business scenarios, using the latest technologies and development methodologies in DevOps, Microservices, Lean and Agile, Serverless, containerization and Cloud Platforms.
  • Drive an innovation agenda with the business stakeholders through research, design, test, and evaluation of new technologies, software components, and tools.
  • Ensure timely resolution of business architecture and technology / architectural key design matters working with key stakeholders from the customer and technology teams.
  • Ensure application of Agile processes and IT Product Management processes.
  • Create and maintain budgets to support the design, execution and run of roadmaps.
  • Ensure legal and security compliance and best practices in various applications and storage systems for access and PII data.
  • Mentor and train the team members on business acumen, vision, code quality, design, implementation, and delivery.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field, plus 7 years of experience (of which 5 years must be progressive post-baccalaureate experience) in the IT consulting industry.

Must have 7 years of experience in each of the following:

  • Utilizing Agile development methodologies;
  • Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with distributed enterprise applications; and
  • Utilizing web-based application solutions.

Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:

  • Designing highly scalable application architectures and real-time web applications;
  • Designing complex single page applications using Modern front-end JavaScript frameworks including Angular;
  • Managing software solutions from roadmap to implementation using agile methodologies; and
  • Ensuring the appropriate support is provided for the application infrastructure layers required for software solutions, using Azure, AWS, Distributed Datastore, and microservices.

Must have 2 years of experience in management of key stakeholders, understanding vision and creating roadmaps aligned to customers vision.

Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.

Pursuant to the Illinois Pay Transparency law, the offered wage for this role is $196,123.00 per year and information on benefits offered is here.
