Summary:

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and optimizing the company's file infrastructure. You will organize Izenda reports, develop comprehensive process documentation, and conduct database quality reviews to ensure data accuracy and organization. You will ensure that internal systems and processes are efficient, well-documented, and support operational efficiency across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage the company's file organization systems to ensure ease of access, consistency and security.

• Conduct regular audits to identify and address outdated, duplicated, or misplaced files.

• Maintain user permissions and ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand reporting needs and recommend report structure improvements.

• Provide training and guidance to end users on how to access and use reports effectively.

• Create templates and documentation standards to drive consistency and usability.

• Oversee the tracking and reporting of customer services response times and related metrics.

• Identify trends and provide recommendations to improve customer services processes and performance.

Qualifications:

• Relevant degree preferred.

• 2 or more years of relevant experience required.

• Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas and data visualization desired.

• Familiarity with file management systems, reporting tools (e.g., Izenda), databases and digital product metrics preferred.

• Excellent organizational and project management abilities with strong attention to detail.

• Knowledge of SQL preferred.

• Willingness to travel.
