As a Principal AI Engineer, you possess a profound understanding of AI/ML technologies, agent-based AI architecture, and IT service management (ITSM). You are a visionary leader, capable of balancing technical expertise with strategic direction to drive the modernization of IT workflows through AI. Your deep knowledge of AI frameworks, such as LangGraph, OpenAI, Hugging Face, and DeepMind's AlphaCode, enables you to architect and implement advanced AI solutions that enhance IT operations. • Architecting and implementing multi-agent AI workflows to automate ITSM processes, such as incident resolution, change management, and self-healing IT systems.
• Developing autonomous AI agents that can reason, act, and collaborate within IT environments.
• Integrating LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and reinforcement learning into IT workflows.
• Defining and executing a strategic roadmap for GenAI adoption in IT service automation.
• Ensuring AI-driven workflows align with ITIL, ITSM, and enterprise IT operations best practices.
• Developing scalable, production-grade AI systems, integrating with IT infrastructure and cloud environments.

• Transforming IT operations through the strategic adoption of AI/ML, driving workflow efficiency and enhanced digital experiences.

• Enhancing ticketing systems, user request automation, and proactive issue resolution using AI.

• 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, with a focus on automation and intelligent workflows.
• Strong expertise in AI frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, OpenAI, Hugging Face, DeepMind's AlphaCode).
• Deep understanding of IT service management (ITSM) frameworks (e.g., ITIL, ServiceNow).
• Experience with multi-agent systems, reinforcement learning, and AI-driven automation.
• Hands-on experience in MLOps, AI model deployment, and cloud-based AI architectures.
• Strong programming skills in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud-based AI toolchains.
