About the role

Joining Reckitt's Infant Formula Nutrition team as Associate Brand Manager, you'll take on everything from strategy development to market execution. The Associate Brand Manager resides within the Marketing function and will support the Sr. Brand Manager in the execution of the Strategy & Activation for our Enfamil Premature Portfolio.

Your responsibilities

In summary, you'll:

- Support the development of category strategy and spur the growth of assigned brands with marketing excellence.

- Oversee your brand's annual financial objectives and market share goals, responding to results with actionable plans.

- Contribute to long-term marketing strategies and define communication and innovation policies.

- Assemble the annual Marketing Plan, endorsing marketing actions, sales initiatives, and outstanding execution.

- Devise local business development initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to propel the brand forward.

The experience we're looking for

* Minimum Bachelors Degree in a Business subject. MBA is a plus.

* 2-3 Years of Marketing or Sales experience or MBA, must be able to demonstrate outstanding marketing skills and potential, developed within a CPG or OTC environment

* Prior experience in related fields (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Advertising) a plus

* Financially and commercially astute

* Self-motivated, highly flexible and takes the initiative to do what's needed

* Experience in marketing models beyond traditional TVC advertising preferred (Medical, Professional, etc.)

* Exceptional ability to influence and work within a matrixed organization, as well as in a global environment

* Excellent analytical skills and should be comfortable with Nielsen, concept validation tools as well as trade marketing and business insights

* Strong P&L skills

* Very strong verbal/written communication skills

* Resilience and Ability to handle ambiguity

* Strong oral, written communication, and presentation skills

US salary ranges

Parsippany, NJ Range: $105,000 - $131,000 - $157,000

Evansville, IN Range: $86,000 - $108,000 - $130,000

US pay transparency

The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
