Description

TTCU Federal Credit Union is seeking a passionate and motivated Video Teller to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality service by handling transactions and providing assistance to members via video communication. You will help members with a wide range of banking services, including deposits, withdrawals, account inquiries, and more, all while ensuring a smooth and professional experience. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, customer-focused, and comfortable assisting members through virtual channels.

Position Hours: Monday - Friday 9am -6pm and Saturday 8:45am - 12:15pm with a half day off during the week.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities



  • Assist members with a variety of transactions via video communication, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and account inquiries.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing member questions and providing solutions in a professional, efficient, and friendly manner.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to video banking sessions to ensure smooth interactions.
  • Maintain accuracy in all transactions and ensure that members' information is securely handled.
  • Educate members on digital banking tools and promote credit union products and services that fit their needs.
  • Support members with basic troubleshooting for digital banking platforms and online account management.
  • Ensure compliance with all credit union policies, procedures, and security regulations during video interactions.


Minimum Qualifications



  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in business or finance preferred.
  • Experience in customer service, banking, or financial services is a plus.
  • Comfort and proficiency with technology and video communication platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle transactions accurately and securely.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing technology.
  • Comfortable working independently and remotely, while collaborating with branch teams.
