About the Job

Fuel business growth as a Business Development Associate, providing crucial support for new business initiatives. In this role, you'll collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including Account Management, Creative and Strategy, and manage multiple projects with precision, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. You'll drive success through expert administration, project management and proactive communication.

A Day in the Life

  • Support Business Development team with key tasks: conference room bookings, calendar management, meeting coordination and RFI/RFP review.
  • Assist with pitch preparations: client meeting setup, presentation support, print studio scheduling and leave-behind materials.
  • Manage multiple tasks and timelines, maintaining organized files and documents, including agency/network work and case history files.
  • Develop problem-solving skills, providing concise status reports outlining decisions, next steps and deliverables.
  • Ensure timely completion of administrative duties: timesheets, expenses and other tasks with attention to detail and organization.

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor's degree in any field, with Business preferred.
  • Minimum 1+ year of professional experience.
  • Excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented approach with strong administrative and time management skills.

SALARY

$60,000 - $75,000

The salary range for this position is noted within this job posting.
