About the Role:

FIS is seeking a Director, Learning to join our Talent COE (Center of Excellence). In this role, you'll deliver significant impact for our business and our people by establishing an Always on Talent Lifecycle and an Enterprise Skills Solution.

About the team:
Our global team supports the Talent needs of FIS colleagues and leaders globally across all functions, responsible for learning and development, performance, talent, skills and career needs, with team members who are deep domain experts in consulting, strategy, design and facilitation.

What you will be doing:

* Owning global strategy in response to business Talent and Skill needs

* Responsible for designing the methodology, tools, processes, policy, guide

lines, plans and implementational of Talent and Skill practices globally

* Enabling the BP community to deliver on the business talent and skills agenda

* Standing up an Always on Talent lifecycle

* Designing and launching a consistent global skills solution

* Identifying best practice Talent and skill applications and innovations and

applies

* Contributing to the development of a high-performance culture, role modeling

learning, innovation and continuous improvement

* Leading complex programs partnering with the business, broader HR and

vendors

* Other related duties assigned e.g. budget management, coaching, special

projects

What you bring:

*Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration or related discipline or the

equivalent combination of education, training, or experience

* 10+ years of experience in a similar role; learning and development

* Global experience in Talent practices with a track record of successful delivery

* Experience in standing up an enterprise skills solution (leveraging tech) is

highly valued

* Experience collaborating with senior leaders to identify and respond to talent

needs

*Strong industry networks with a track record of incorporating best practices

and trends

* Strong collaborative leadership skills including coaching

*Highly trustworthy with a track record of working with very confidential

information

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-Techni

call audiences

* Ability to create high impact, concise, content specific communications

* Demonstrated ability to tell effective, compelling stories about complex sub-

ject matter

* Excellent presentation skills

* Proven problem-solving and decision-making within highly complex situations

* Experience in effectively challenging the status quo to infuse new ideas and

drive innovation

* Excellent problem solving and time management skills to deliver quality out

puts with urgency

*Ability to multi-task and change direction as needed in a fast-moving

environment

* Experience with complex change-management concepts including corporate

culture

*Proven track record of operating with impact in a complex, global, and mat-

rixed organization

* Experience of establishing budgets and forecast and demonstrating business

acumen
