** Internal Workers - Please log into your Workday account to apply ** Huntington Hospital Employee LoginCompensation Range: Anticipated Base compensation rate is in the range of $28.00 - $33.60 / Hour depending on qualifications and experience.Department: 839002 340B PharmacyExpectations: Under the direction of the Director of Pharmacy and Pharmacist Specialist 340B, is responsible for maintaining and updating information systems for the 340B Drug Discount Program. Oversees billing adjustments, and drug purchases to optimize the 340B program. Serves as the institutional subject matter expert on 340B regarding program details, policies, and procedures of the virtual inventory processes required for mixed-use areas.EDUCATION: High School diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree in business or related subject is preferred. EXPERIENCE/TRAINING: Minimum three years pharmacy experience in an acute care hospital setting with at least one year in a billing role. Prior 340B program experience preferred. LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS: Required: Current Registered Pharmacy Technician License issued by California State Board of Pharmacy. Preferred: CPhT issued by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB). SKILLS: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate effectively with pharmacy personnel, patients, administrative personnel, nursing, and medical staff, and other ancillary departments.
