About the Role This is a fast-paced recruiting and sales role centered on phone communication and relationship building. Healthcare Recruiters connect with healthcare professionals nationwide, learn what they want in their next assignment, and match them with contract and travel opportunities. Much of the day is spent making outbound calls, following up with candidates, presenting jobs, and building long-term relationships. Successful recruiters are competitive, organized, persistent, and comfortable working toward measurable goals. Responsibilities
- Make a high volume of outbound calls to healthcare professionals
- Recruit nurses, allied health professionals, therapists, and other clinical candidates
- Build and maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates
- Source candidates through phone calls, emails, referrals, job boards, and networking
- Learn each candidate's experience, preferences, goals, and availability
- Present contract and travel opportunities that match candidate qualifications
- Build competitive pay packages and explain contract details clearly
- Guide candidates through applications, interviews, credentialing, and onboarding
- Maintain regular communication with healthcare professionals during assignments
- Develop long-term relationships that lead to repeat placements and referrals
- Track candidate activity and maintain accurate records within the CRM
- Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly recruiting and sales goals
- Work closely with account managers, credentialing, payroll, and support teams
- Provide responsive customer service throughout the recruiting process
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Sales, recruiting, customer service, or healthcare experience preferred
- Healthcare staffing experience is helpful but not required
- Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with new people
- Able to build trust and relationships over the phone
- Motivated by performance-based earnings and career growth
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and goal-driven environment
- Able to remain persistent after rejection or unanswered outreach
- Willing to learn healthcare specialties, credentialing requirements, and staffing processes

Compensation This position includes base compensation and performance-based earnings. Income potential is uncapped and grows as recruiters build their candidate network, placements, repeat business, and referrals.
