Pay: $18.50/hr 2nd Shift: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM | Monday - Friday + Every 5th Saturday Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and basic Excel is essential, along with a High School diploma or equivalent; an Associate's or four-year college degree is preferred. Job Duties: As a Technical Support Representative, you will provide world-class service to our customers via phone and email, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to claims, warranties, and product servicing. Your responsibilities will include updating customer information and composing notes in the customer service database during and after each interaction, ensuring an accurate record of communications. You will become an expert on the device and processes, owning customer issues and only escalating them to appropriate channels when necessary.
