Manufacturing Associate - Entry Level
Location: Coventry, RH Job ID: #70554 Pay Range: $25-30 As a manufacturing associate, you play a pivotal role in the success of the organization. Job Duties: -Perform the production and assembly of various products and parts. -Test the products to ensure they meet specified requirements and document the processing conditions. -Adhere to production guidelines and specifications. -Keep accurate records of production and report any discrepancies Qualifications: -Working knowledge of composites, textiles, medical products or other processing/fabrication equipment. -Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs Education: -High school diploma or equivalent Physical Requirements: -Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 25 lbs., and to team lift up to 50 lbs. -Ability to perform prolonged kneeling, squatting, sitting, crawling, and climbing stairs, ladders and work stands -Ability to stand for extended periods during the entire duration of shift -Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for handling small components and tools -Flexibility to bend, stoop, and crouch as required for tasks Good vision, including the ability to focus on small details and identify defects -Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding progress and potential issues -Willingness to follow instructions and ask for clarification when needed Benefits provided: 401K, medical, dental, and vision, sick time as applicable to state law Butler America Aerospace, LLC. is an equal opportunity employer.
