THE JOB:

As a Food Server at Orla, you will play an integral role in delivering a high-end dining experience in Chef Michael Mina's Mediterranean restaurant. Your main responsibilities will include taking and delivering orders, maintaining tables to the highest standards, and providing exemplary guest service. You will navigate a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tables with a strong focus on attention to detail and proactive problem-solving to ensure guest satisfaction.

THE STARTING RATE:$14.0487 plus tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Accurately take and serve food and beverage orders, utilizing a proactive approach to anticipate guest needs.

• Maintain table cleanliness and manage assigned sections efficiently.

• Ensure detailed table setups, including polished glasses, silverware, and plateware.

• Assist in maintaining the organization of side stations and ensuring they are well-stocked.

• Communicate seamlessly with chefs and the kitchen to ensure correct and timely food delivery, providing guests with detailed descriptions of menu items.

• Use the POS system (InfoGenesis) to itemize bills accurately and handle payments as needed.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.

• 1 year of prior experience as a Food Server or Food Runner in a fine dining or upscale dining environment is preferred.
