The Program Specialist is responsible for coordinating, engaging in, and providing oversight of projects, budgets, processes, and the policies and procedures essential to the success of global and departmental programs.
St. Jude Children's Research Hospital invites applications for a Program Specialist position to join the newly established Center of Excellence in Neuro-Oncology Sciences (CENOS). CENOS aims to address foundational biological questions and drive clinically impactful discoveries to advance knowledge and enhance survival outcomes for children with malignant brain tumors. The Program Specialist will assist in the execution of research meetings, symposia, seminars, and support multi-institutional collaborations. Assist with program data analysis and management. Support faculty and staff efforts to secure external grant funding. A successful applicant will have exceptional organization skills, have some experience planning and executing projects from start to finish. Also, have excellent written and oral communication and interest in being part of a team and supporting experts in neuro-oncology. Job Responsibilities:
