None POSITION OVERVIEW AND PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):
The Contract Closeout Manager position is responsible for assuring that all prime contracts, task orders and subcontracts issued to the Company are closed in accordance with the ANC Contract Administration and Management Policy. The Contract Closeout Manager has the responsibility to know the accepted business practices for federal prime contract closeouts, and to adhere to all relevant procedures of the organization. It is the responsibility of the Contract Closeout Manager to conduct all business in accordance first with company policies and procedures and other documented government compliance regulations (i.e., FAR/DFARS). Primary/Major Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions): Manages all activities for Contract Close-Out for organizations in line with government customer contracts by performing the following duties:
