Short Intro and About the Job At Danone, Manufacturing the best products and supplying them to meet demand is a key driver for our plant teams. We have an opening for a Cooler Warehouse Leader, internally called Cooler Cell Owner, based in our Fort Worth, TX yogurt manufacturing facility. A strong cross functional business relationship with manufacturing and supply chain is imperative for this role. In this role, you will work closely with the Production Director to direct and manage the day-to-day operations of the cooler warehouse (finished goods warehouse). You will manage utilization of equipment, facilities, and obtain maximum efficiency and meet performance objectives as well as own the responsibility of inventory accuracy of finished products from production declaration through its life in the local distribution center (DC). This position will lead, coach, and set direction for multiple supervisors and IWS Team leaders and reports into the Production Director with a dotted line to the Regional DC Manager.
