As a Shipping Coordinator, you will manage the Silica shipping, inventory and warehouse. You will be responsible for improvement projects. You will also manage the international containers dock receipts for Silica working with the Operations Planner ensuring that containers are shipped. This position is located in Barberton, OH and you will report to the Area Manager. Responsibilities: Perform shipping coordinator responsibilities by working with customer service to approve shipments with available inventory. Work with Operations Planning to get replenishment inventory. Perform the following SAP Duties; Pick product on orders based on inventory, adjust inventory locations and lot numbers, input specifications into SAP QM and enter shipment information when shipping. Correct inventory information when shipments won't Post Good Issue Ensure shipments are shipment started before the end of the month. Receive raw materials into SAP, and transfers into intermediate material IDs for usage in production. Coordinate the inbound receiving of raw materials and finished goods for the Silica warehouse. Complete all necessary shipping paperwork, including BOL, pick lists, export papers, COAs, Canada customs papers and others, and maintains all necessary records. Be a back-up for the Operations Planner Coordinate with operations and the local railroad to plan railcar switches. Qualifications: High school diploma 3+ years of relevant experience in industrial environment Experience with SAP PPG pay ranges and benefits can vary by location which allows us to compensate employees competitively in different geographic markets.
