Position Summary
Branch Group is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our growing team. In this role, one will serve as a liaison between central HR and the business units, collaborating with a diverse staff of approximately 1300 employee owners- from field laborers to superintendents, project managers, and senior leaders. The HRBP will provide trusted guidance on a range of HR functions, including employee relations, change management, compliance, progressive discipline, performance management and succession planning. This position reports to the Director of HR Business Partners and will be part of a maturing HR team which includes Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and Business Partners. Minimal travel to locations within driving distance is expected of this role. Travel is primarily local and takes place during the business day. Rare out-of-area overnight travel may occur dependent upon overall business need. Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but does serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department. Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. This is largely a sedentary role; however, due to the nature of career fairs, there is walking, carrying and lifting items up to 25 pounds. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This position may require additional hours or occasional weekend availability for events or other job-related activities. Hybrid schedule available. AAP/EEO Statement
