We are seeking a highly skilled DX Product Manager with 11 to 13 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Product Lifecycle Management Product Analytics and Product Backlog Management. This role requires working from the office during day shifts and does not involve travel. The candidate will play a crucial role in driving product success and aligning it with the company's goals.

Location: Charlotte, NC - This is a Hybrid Role.

Experience: 11 - 13 Years

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $110,000/Year to $150,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the product lifecycle management process to ensure successful product development and launch.
  • Oversee product analytics to gather insights and make data-driven decisions.
  • Manage the product backlog to prioritize features and improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and specifications.
  • Provide clear and concise communication to stakeholders regarding product status and updates.
  • Ensure alignment of product strategy with company goals and objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product innovation.
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps to guide the development process.
  • Monitor product performance and implement necessary adjustments to meet targets.
  • Facilitate user testing and feedback sessions to gather insights for product improvement.
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launches.
  • Drive continuous improvement in product development processes and methodologies.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in product development.

Qualifications

  • Possess strong experience in Product Lifecycle Management demonstrating the ability to manage products from conception to launch.
  • Have expertise in Product Analytics utilizing data to inform product decisions and strategies.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Product Backlog Management effectively prioritizing and managing product features.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills capable of conveying complex information to stakeholders.
  • Show ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams ensuring cohesive product development.
  • Have a track record of successful product launches and market adoption.
  • Be adept at conducting market research and identifying opportunities for innovation.
  • Display strong organizational skills managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
