Project Manager - Supply Chain

• Manage and lead small to medium complex projects and may support complex multi-year projects in a matrixed setting which will advance the implementation of strategic initiatives and process improvements in areas such as transportation, Lean Six Sigma, network strategy and planning, S&OP, analytics, engineering, supply chain systems and customer management.
• Organize and manage cross functional team meetings across international and domestic sites to exchange information, identify risks and track progress.
• Define scope of work for each new project along with tasks, ROI calculations, responsibilities and completion dates for key project milestones.
• Track projects to a successful completion.
• Identify barriers to success with recommendations for action plans and elevate to senior management Interface with department managers to ensure resources are allocated to meet objectives.
• Maintain and routinely update project status and results and report results.
• Facilitate exchange of information and lead team meetings with internal and external customers to resolve complex systemic or technological challenges.
• Collaborates across various cross functional groups and actively works with necessary teams to successfully implement project deliverables.
• Conduct lessons learned and project close out assessments to support continuous improvement.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering or equivalent is required; advanced degree a plus.
• 5+ years of experience is required in relevant and related positions in supply chain.
• Pharmaceutical or Medical Device experience is preferred.
• Previous experience managing and implementing projects required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
• Ability to operate with minimal supervision.
• Strong and effective written and oral communication skills and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage teams across a matrixed organization.
• Requires some travel to regional distribution centers or manufacturing facilities.
