The Supply Chain Management (SCM) team at Stellantis is looking for driven, high-performing individuals to join our Capacity Management team. As a Supplier Capacity Constraints Specialist for vehicle assembly, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our production capabilities align with customer demand and changing product plans. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, gaining hands-on experience in a key area of automotive manufacturing and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:



  • Capacity Evaluation: Collaborate with our Vehicle Order Management, Production Scheduling and Demand Planning teams to ensure that the supplier and production capacities are ready in advance of program changes due to sales demand, marketing initiatives, or product plan adjustments
  • Forecasting & Demand Management: Analyze demand-driven changes to help optimize vehicle production and maintain alignment with customer expectations
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with various SCM teams, purchasing/supplier quality, manufacturing, Brands and engineering to support seamless program execution, ensuring that production plans meet customer and organizational needs
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize data and Business Intelligence (BI) tools to forecast capacity needs and support continuous improvements in production efficiency and effectiveness

Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets and provide actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.



  • Familiarity with supply chain management systems and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus, but not required
