Human Resources Manager

The Human Resources Manager, under the director of the HR Director, is responsible for executing Human Resource activities for all functional areas, (e.g., recruitment, employee relations, compensation, compliance, etc.) and serves as a professional resource for facility management on all HR-related activities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Training:

• Bachelor's Degree, required
• Required work experience 3-5 years, 5-8 preferred
• Alternative Requirement: Bachelor's Degree in related field highly preferred or must have 7 years of experience and HR Certification.

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

• PHR, SPHR and/or ShRM-CP, SHRM-SCP

Skills and Knowledge:

• Previous management experience preferred
• Previous related healthcare experience preferred.
• Knowledge of federal, stste and local HR/employment laws and regulations.
• Compliance with administrative agencies.
