The Operations Manager provides recommendations on facility maintenance, quality and/or plant production improvements to meet financial objectives. This position will manage the day-to-day operations of the Roseville warehouse which includes the supervision of the blending, packaging, recycling and maintenance employees. ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: The Operations Manager will ensure that customer expectations are met through the appropriate allocation of people, equipment and assets in the most efficient/productive manner, while ensuring the facility complies with environmental and safety regulations. This position will primarily work a 1st shift schedule within the Roseville warehouse. However, this role will require flexibility in hours to work 2nd shift and weekends as business dictates. Operations Manager owns site metrics (TIR, DPPM, On-time ship, labor cost per gallon, 3rd party disposal costs).

PHYSICAL AND MENTAL DEMANDS: Employee must have the ability to lift/carry up to 60 pounds occasionally and push/pull 76-100 pounds occasionally. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, talk and/or use hands, handle, or touch objects, tools, or controls. The employee is occasionally required to stand, and/or walk. Employees may be subject to random drug and alcohol testing under FAA regulations. The mental and physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an individual to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. WORKING ENVIRONMENT: Work in extreme heat (>80 degrees) during summer in the Warehouse and Production area. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) - safety eye glasses and safety steel-toe shoes are required. Safety concerns to include heavy products, light and heavy-duty machinery, forklifts, working in a congested and high activity warehouse. The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an individual encounters while performing the essential functions of this position. The anticipated hiring range for the role you are applying for is between $95,475 and $121,605 annually. This anticipated hiring range is based on several factors, and subject to increase based on the below:
