Park Nicollet Methodist Campus is looking for an exceptional, patient-focused Advanced Practice Provider to join our team and make a difference for our patients and our community. This Advanced Practice Provider will support clinic visits for our Well@Work onsite clinic.

Well@Work is an employer-based clinic supporting the healthcare needs of the employees of Park Nicollet. This position is responsible for providing general medical care and treatment including support of work-relatedinjuries. Responsibilities include obtaining health history, examining patients, ordering appropriate lab and x-ray exams, communicating with patients regarding treatment and follow up, and interacting professionally with other staff. Care provided emphasizes health promotion and disease prevention, diagnosis and evidence-based management of acute and chronic diseases and work-related employee injuries.

Successful candidates must have excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for caring for our colleagues who care for our patients. A minimum of 1 year of APC primary care experience is required. Monday - Friday, no call, no weekends.

PAY RANGE STATEMENT

Compensation is based on the level and requirements of the role. Pay within our ranges may also be determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities as well as internal equity. After the salary guarantee period, this position will be compensated based on work RVU productivity.

PAY RANGE

$136,346 - $151,495
