Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Support & Analytics Manager to join our dynamic team. The Sales Support & Analytics Manager will support the sales team in achieving sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a smooth sales process.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Utilizing customer systems to assist sales team with sales and distribution data.
  • Create sales reports for team members.
  • Work in conjunction with operations teams for all brands: projections, project update, and product inventory.
  • Help maintain and develop secondary display inventory.
  • Support the retail sales team with administrative tasks.
  • Participate and lead aspects in sales meetings and training sessions, including monthly retail Teams calls.
  • Assist local sales calls with independent retailers.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
  • Travel between facilities (IL, IN, WI) as well as for regional and occasionally national sales meetings.
  • Organize and maintain Retail MS Teams and Channels, including having the latest sales materials available.
  • Assist in the development of Customer Relationship Management tool.
  • Deliver Category Leadership by providing category and shopper insights for the retail partner by developing actionable recommendations to drive category/brand growth.
  • Apply knowledge of category/consumer insights and best practices to create and deliver solutions that satisfy both Buddig and retailer strategies and objectives:
  • Leverages key shopper trends and insights relevant to the category.
  • Analyzes category, competitive and market trends (syndicated data).
  • Develops and drives assortment and space optimization at the retailer.
  • Provides on-going post promotional analysis for retailers.
  • Develop Category Business Plans with internal Sales team; Also develop customer Category Reviews/Business Reviews, Top-to-Top presentations and New Item presentations (Core and Innovation), with the support of various team members.
  • Develop insight-based recommendations based on analysis of space management (e.g., assortment), sales, distribution, pricing and promotion to help drive consistent sales recommendations.
  • Provide ongoing reporting and score carding to both retailer and Sales teams.


Qualifications:




  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.



  • Previous sales experience preferred.



  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.



  • Strong customer service orientation.



  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.



  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office).



  • Travel - local and national - at least 1x per month.




Pay range for this position is $70,000 to $90,000 depending on experience.

Benefits for this role include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, FSA, HSA, 401(k) Plan with Company Match, Vacation & PTO, and Tuition Reimbursement. There is also a potential for a discretionary bonus this bonus is based on personal & company performance and is not a guaranteed bonus plan.
