Position Overview We are seeking an experienced constructional professional with experience in Agency Construction Management, a background in K-12 school, higher education, aviation and municipal projects is preferred. The Construction Project Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of multiple small-scale projects or a single large-scale project. Project Managers typically manage up to 5 projects at a time ranging in size from $5 - $30M. Opportunities exist throughout New York State, with emphasis in Syracuse, Utica, Watertown, Plattsburgh, Albany, and Buffalo, NY. This is a full-time position offering competitive compensation, excellent employee benefits and a great work environment. Regional, non-overnight travel is estimated at 25%. Estimated Compensation Range: $80,000 - 100,000/year* *Actual compensation may vary based on related work experience, geographical location and market conditions, education/training, certifications, and other credentials, as well as applicable knowledge and skills.
