Your Opportunity as the Senior Analyst, Finance

Leverage your financial analysis skills to support our Sweet Baked Snacks business within our Hostess brand portfolio. Have the ability to expand your skill set in supporting various cross functional teams supporting the iconic brand and have the opportunity to further your career through our Financial Analyst Rotation.

Location: Orrville, OH

Work Arrangements: Hybrid, 30% in office expectation (every Tue and every other Thur)

In this role you will:

• Provide objective financial leadership and guidance (including financial visibility and decision support) to help these teams achieve sales and profit objectives

• Prepare financial analysis and projections for various initiatives

• Ensure the accurate and timely completion of month-end actuals and forecast; management reporting

• Provide fact-based decision support to business partners and leadership team(s)

• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure complete and accurate understanding of financial results and outlook; identify improvement opportunities and solutions

What we are looking for:

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field

• 2+ years of finance experience

• Prior financial analysis experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Experience leveraging financial analysis software (i.e. Oracle, Spotfire)

• Proven cross collaboration and communication skills

• Highly organized and strong focus on accuracy and precision

• Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities, drive change, and meet deadlines
