Vaco Atlanta partnered with a leading organization with an outstanding culture to hire a Senior AR Collections Analyst in Atlanta, GA. The SR AR Analyst will be responsible for managing AR and ensuring timely collections while supporting revenue operations. Also, this person will play a key role in the month-end close process, preparing revenue estimates and ensuring all AR entries are entered. Location: Atlanta, GA Onsite: Hybrid (in office Tues, Wed, Thurs). Job Type: Permanent, Direct hire. Pay: $70,000 annually + 5% bonus. What You'll Do: Manage accounts receivable for approximately 30 sales team members, analyzing data and making judgment calls for each assigned account. Drive collections efforts and conduct research on misapplied cash, credits, and posting issues. Prepare AR estimates and assist with month-end close tasks. Audit books of business to ensure all accounts are receiving accurate commission payments. Analyze reports, identify discrepancies, and communicate findings to key stakeholders. Collaborate cross-functionally with field teams, account owners, and commissions processors. What You Need: 3-5 years of experience in AR, revenue management, or a related financial role. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP). Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
