Vaco Atlanta partnered with a leading organization with an outstanding culture to hire a Senior AR Collections Analyst in Atlanta, GA. The SR AR Analyst will be responsible for managing AR and ensuring timely collections while supporting revenue operations. Also, this person will play a key role in the month-end close process, preparing revenue estimates and ensuring all AR entries are entered.

Location: Atlanta, GA
Onsite: Hybrid (in office Tues, Wed, Thurs).
Job Type: Permanent, Direct hire.
Pay: $70,000 annually + 5% bonus.

What You'll Do:
  • Manage accounts receivable for approximately 30 sales team members, analyzing data and making judgment calls for each assigned account.
  • Drive collections efforts and conduct research on misapplied cash, credits, and posting issues.
  • Prepare AR estimates and assist with month-end close tasks.
  • Audit books of business to ensure all accounts are receiving accurate commission payments.
  • Analyze reports, identify discrepancies, and communicate findings to key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with field teams, account owners, and commissions processors.

What You Need:
  • 3-5 years of experience in AR, revenue management, or a related financial role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office D365 is a plus.
