*TEKsystems* is hiring a large group of *Customer Service Representative's *to work *ON SITE *for a client based in the *Harrisburg, PA* area.
*These positions will offer the opportunity to learn and grow with a well-established organization. Also, the managers are* *well known for providing coaching and care to their employees.* This is a customer support role which will focus on healthcare entity customers. These positions are moderate call volume (40-50 calls per day), inbound calls in a scripted setting. *NO COLD CALLS.* *Job Description* * Handling phone calls in a blended (inbound and outbound) call center environment with healthcare entity customers to assist on self pay balances, secure payments, update insurance information, explain charges, and handle disputes. * Conduct reminder call campaigns collecting open healthcare balances * Responsible for understanding client operations, such as, patient payment options, offering and reviewing eligibility, providing instructions and locations for mail in or on site payments, etc. *Qualifications* * 6 months to 1 year of customer service or call center experience preferred- inbound phone call experience will qualify as well * Healthcare experience is encouraged but not required * Able to handle a fast-paced environment and able to multi-task *Hours* Monday- Friday- 8-5pm 1/2 lunch!- 40 hour work week *If interested, please apply to this posting with your most up to date resume and a recruiter will contact you as soon as possible. * *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
