We are seeking a dynamic Web Programs Lead to join our Web Experience team, managing and executing a variety of global web projects to scale our web presence. You will collaborate closely with a team of web professionals, content creators, and fellow marketers.

As the Web Programs Lead, you will be responsible for managing and executing key web initiatives, as well as hands-on web production for our global public-facing websites.

You are an organized web marketing professional with a self-starter, can-do attitude and a keen eye for detail. You are data-driven and seek operational excellence and web optimization opportunities. You can manage your own projects in a timely manner, execute with high attention to detail, and comfortably prioritize to meet deadlines in a function that handles a high volume of work. As an experienced web programs lead, you can easily work with global internal and external partners and confidently present your work to stakeholders, explaining your rationale.

This role reports to the Director of Web Strategy and Experience and is part of the larger Brand Marketing function.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Plan, manage, and execute global web initiatives to support business objectives.

  • Produce web pages for snowflake's global web properties

  • Work within the Web Experience team, partnering with experience design and engineering, and peers across brand design, content and SEO to deliver a world-class web experience.

  • Collaborate with global teams and localization specialists to efficiently manage the website in an expanding set of languages.

  • Partner with product and industry marketing, growth marketing, developer marketing, content, and design teams to launch new campaigns, product feature pages, and while contributing innovative ideas to drive engagement and purchase intent

  • Develop project plans and get buy-in from stakeholders at critical stages.

  • Drive a variety of projects and initiatives such as working on web integration projects, managing specific web launches or working with vendors, while hitting all deadlines and improving efficiency.

  • Provide regular performance reports , recommending optimization strategies as needed.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging web technologies to enhance the overall brand experience and keep our digital presence at the forefront of innovation.

  • Proactively contribute to project discussions and brainstorming sessions, bringing fresh and innovative ideas to the table.

WHAT YOU'LL HAVE:
  • Proven track record working on large-scale B2B SaaS marketing websites.

  • Expertise in end-to-end web project management, and web production.

  • In depth understanding of Enterprise Web content management systems .

  • Solid understanding of web development processes, content strategy, CMS platforms, SEO best practices, site performance optimization, accessibility standards, and UX design principles.

  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Heap) and A/B testing frameworks.

  • Expert understanding of localization frameworks and processes to support a global website.

  • Demonstrated success juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to work seamlessly with stakeholders to achieve shared goals.

  • Excellent written and oral communication abilities.

  • Fearless, enthusiastic, and relentless attention to detail.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EDUCATION:
  • Proven experience with over 3 years working on web programs with progressive experience in project management, web production, digital marketing, or related fields.

  • Hands-on experience and expert level understanding of Adobe Experience Manager as a CMS.

  • Knowledge of web technologies and languages (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, React) is a plus.

  • Familiar with industry-standard Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, PowerPoint, and GSuite.

  • Experience with Wrike, JIRA, and Workfront is a plus.

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing Communications, Computer Science, Business, or a similar discipline.

  • Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, or training

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:

  • The estimated base salary range for this role is $125,000 - $169,000.
  • Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake's bonus and equity plan.

The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; 401(k) retirement plan; flexible spending & health savings account; at least 12 paid holidays; paid time off; parental leave; employee assistance program; and other company benefits.
