Position Title: Finisher Wage: $19.00/Hour Shifts: 2nd Shift Hours: 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM Monday - Friday; Overtime as Needed We are seeking hard working individuals for our company in Reedsburg, WI. Finisher Responsibilities: - Perform visual and dimensional inspection of products using statistical process control techniques - Mark defects and discard defective products into the designated scrap box - Operate trim press to remove excess material - Remove irregularities from products using hand and power tools - Adjust and change tools to proper specifications as necessary and record data - Arrange for machine repairs Requirements For Finisher: - High School Diploma or equivalent preferred - Previous experience in manufacturing required - Longevity in work history and good attendance record - Good communication skills - Basic math skills - Able to read, write and understand English - Able to stand, bend, twist and reach throughout shift - Able to work in a fast-paced environment - Able to lift up to 45+lbs (very physical) - Able to work in hot environment - Able to work in a team QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
